Shipping & Replacements

SHIPPING POLICY

We value our customers and want to ensure you all that every order will be shipped within two days of its receipt.  Additionally, if weather or other circumstances prohibit us from adhering to this business practice, notification will be sent to all impacted parties as soon as is possible.

 

For local customers, we intend to have curbside pickup locations throughout the Metro Nashville area and will be bringing products for pickup to those locations on Wednesdays and Fridays.  If you are local, please let us know and we will work with you on arrangements to get your order to you.  Please note that in order to pick up an order on Wednesday, the order must be placed before 11:59 PM on Monday of that week.  To receive an order pickup on Friday, customers who are local need to have their orders in by 11:59 PM on Wednesday evening of that week.  

replacement Policy

 

If you order a product and it does not arrive:

1.  Please contact us via email as soon as possible.  We will contact the shipping company to investigate where your order is.

2.  If your order was lost, we will replace it at no charge to you.  

3.  The replacement order will be expedited to the front of the line and shipped asap.

 

If you order a product that arrives damaged:

1. please contact us as soon as possible.  Please include photos of the damaged product and hold onto the damaged goods until we have an opportunity to sort things out with shipping.

2.  Once we have had a chance to contact the shipping company, we will advise you on what to do with the damaged goods.

3.  Again, a replacement will be sent as soon as possible along with a store credit of up to 30% off your next purchase.
